A Taste of Irvington is a collaborative effort between the Irvington Education Foundation and the Irvington Parent Teacher Student Association. Profits from this book will enrich the educational experiences of students in Irvington's four public schools. While the goal of this cookbook is to raise funds for our schools, it was also created to so that people within our close-knit community could learn more about their friends and neighbors through the sharing of recipes and stories. We hope this serves as a piece of Irvington history for generations to come.
